Mian Sharif Used to Wash His Own Underwear, Reveals Javed Chaudhry
Lahore – Renowned columnist and analyst Javed Chaudhry has made some unique and interesting revelations about the life of Mian Muhammad Sharif, the patriarch of the Sharif family and father of PML-N President Mian Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Speaking during a program, Javed Chaudhry shared insights into Mian Muhammad Sharif’s life, noting that despite being the owner of such a vast business empire and wielding considerable influence, he was an extremely simple man in his daily life.

He revealed that Mian Sharif, the grandfather of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, was so particular about his simplicity that he would not let anyone else clean his shoes. Instead, he polished his own shoes until his death. Such was his simplicity that he also washed his own undergarments throughout his life, and he never felt any hesitation in doing so.
