Karachi: Bodies of Two Men Recovered from Car at Sea View Apartment

KARACHI: The bodies of two men were found inside a car parked in the basement parking area of an apartment near Nishan-e-Pakistan at Clifton Sea View in Karachi.

According to an Edhi spokesperson, the two bodies were recovered from a vehicle parked inside the apartment’s garage after residents noticed a foul smell and informed the authorities.

Police officials reached the scene, collected evidence and shifted the bodies to Jinnah Hospital for post-mortem examinations.

According to initial investigations, one of the deceased was identified as 34-year-old Asadullah, son of Muhammad Nabi, while the identity of the second man has not yet been ascertained.

Asadullah was reportedly a resident of Shireen Jinnah Colony, Gulshan-e-Sikandarabad, and worked as a driver at the residence of a man identified as Sibt Raza in the Sea View apartment.

Preliminary information suggests that both men died of suffocation. However, officials said the exact cause of death would be determined after the post-mortem examination.

Police have initiated further investigations to determine the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
