AJK Election Commission Announces Schedule for Eight Reserved Assembly Seats

MUZAFFARABAD:The Election Commission of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has announced the schedule for elections to eight reserved seats in the AJK Legislative Assembly.
According to the AJK Election Commission, candidates will submit their nomination papers for the reserved seats on **August 20**.
The final list of candidates will be issued on **August 23**, while polling for the reserved seats will be held in the Legislative Assembly on **August 24**.
The eight reserved seats include **five seats for women**, one seat for **Ulema and Mashaikh**, one for **overseas Kashmiris**, and one seat reserved for a **technocrat**.
The election will determine the representatives on these reserved seats in the AJK Legislative Assembly.
