Farmers’ Protest Blocks National Highway, Cutting Quetta’s Road Link to Punjab and Peshawar

QUETTA:A protest by farmers in Dalsora has blocked the national highway, cutting Quetta’s overland connectivity with Punjab and Peshawar.
The highway closure has resulted in long queues of vehicles on both sides, causing severe difficulties for commuters and passengers.
The protesting farmers said they would continue their demonstration until their demands are accepted and their issues are resolved.
The blockade has disrupted traffic on the key route and left a large number of travelers stranded.
