PML-N, PPP Win Delayed AJK Assembly Polls in Muzaffarabad

Muzaffarabad:Complete unofficial results have been announced for the postponed elections in **LA-27** and **LA-28** of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly.

According to the unofficial and provisional results for **LA-27 Muzaffarabad-I**, **Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N)** candidate **Noreen Arif** secured victory with **18,919 votes**, defeating **Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP)** candidate **Sardar Tabarak Ali**, who received **18,621 votes**.

In **LA-28 Muzaffarabad**, **Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP)** candidate **Bazil Ali Naqvi** won the seat with **28,170 votes**, while **PML-N** candidate **Chaudhry Shehzad** finished second after securing **26,864 votes**.

The two constituencies had remained unresolved after the second phase of the AJK Legislative Assembly elections. Voting in **LA-27** was postponed due to adverse weather conditions, while polling at several stations in **LA-28** could not be held because election materials failed to reach the designated polling locations.

During the second phase of the elections, held on Sunday, polling took place in **eight constituencies of the Muzaffarabad Division** and **12 refugee seats**. According to unofficial results from that phase, **PML-N** won **14 seats**, while the **PPP** secured **five seats**.
