Gold Prices Surge by Rs3,000 Per Tola in Pakistan

KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan increased sharply on Friday, with the price of 24-karat gold rising by Rs3,000 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association.

The association said the price of one tola of gold climbed to Rs430,436 following the latest increase.

Meanwhile, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs2,572, reaching Rs369,029.

In the international market, gold prices also moved higher, gaining $30 per ounce to reach $4,080 per ounce, contributing to the rise in domestic gold prices.
