AJK Prime Minister Alleges Conspiracy Behind Muzaffarabad March, Reports Clash Leaves Police Injured

Muzaffarabad: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Faisal Mumtaz Rathore alleged that the march towards Muzaffarabad during the election period was part of a planned conspiracy aimed at creating large-scale unrest in the region.

In a statement, the prime minister claimed that those responsible had planned violence weeks in advance and intended to spread instability by staging the march during the elections.

He further alleged that the armed individuals possessed modern weapons and had access to strategic locations from where they targeted security forces. He urged the public to stay away from such elements, claiming they use civilians as human shields.

Meanwhile, according to the Azad Kashmir Police, two police personnel were injured after coming under fire from armed individuals affiliated with the proscribed Awami Action Committee.
