Iran Warns of Decisive Response to Any US Attack on Its Territory or Infrastructure

Iran has once again issued a strong warning to the United States, declaring that any attack on its territory, critical infrastructure, or national interests would be met with a swift, decisive, and powerful response.

Iranian Foreign Minister **Abbas Araghchi** reacted to recent remarks by U.S. President **Donald Trump** in a post on the social media platform X, stating that Iran would make no compromise on its sovereignty, national security, or the safety of its people.

“Any aggression against Iran or its infrastructure will receive a firm and decisive response,” Araghchi said. He also warned that any country or party providing assistance to the United States in such an attack would be regarded as a legitimate target.

The statement comes after President Trump recently adopted a tougher stance toward Tehran, warning that Iran would “pay a heavy price” for its actions and indicating that U.S. military operations would continue.

According to reports, President Trump instructed U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) several days ago regarding military operations against Iran and later reposted his earlier warning on social media, reiterating his message to Tehran.

Meanwhile, Iran’s **Tasnim News Agency** quoted a senior Iranian military official as saying that if the United States targets Iranian bridges, power plants, or other critical facilities, Iran would retaliate by striking U.S. interests, energy infrastructure, bridges, and other strategic sites across the region.

Political and defense analysts warn that the escalating exchange of threats between Washington and Tehran could further heighten regional tensions. They caution that despite ongoing diplomatic efforts, any miscalculation or military confrontation could have far-reaching consequences across the Middle East.
