Oil Prices Rise for Fourth Straight Day Amid Fears of Strait of Hormuz Supply Disruptions

London:** Global oil prices extended their gains for a fourth consecutive day following the latest U.S. strikes on Iran, as concerns grew over possible disruptions to energy shipments through the Strait of Hormuz.

According to **Reuters**, **Brent crude** rose **0.4%** to **$85.28 per barrel**, while **U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI)** crude gained **0.5%** to **$80.02 per barrel**.

The report said oil prices have climbed throughout the week as attacks and heightened tensions around the Strait of Hormuz raised fears of disruptions to one of the world’s most critical energy shipping routes.

Energy analysts warned that if oil exports from Gulf countries remain restricted, **Brent crude prices could exceed $110 per barrel**, reflecting the potential impact of prolonged supply constraints on global energy markets.
