Former Balochistan CM Sanaullah Zehri Pays Tribute to Shaheed Mir Siraj Khan Raisani on His Death Anniversary

Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) central leader, former Chief Minister of Balochistan, and Chief of Jhalawan Nawab Sanaullah Khan Zehri paid tribute to Shaheed Mir Siraj Khan Raisani on his death anniversary, describing him as a brave, people-friendly, and patriotic leader who sacrificed his life for democracy, peace, and the development of Balochistan.

In his message, Zehri said Mir Siraj Khan Raisani consistently worked to promote national unity, lasting peace, and democratic values, adding that his courage and commitment continue to inspire others.

He remarked that the martyrdom of one Mir Siraj Raisani had inspired “thousands of Siraj Raisanis” to carry forward his mission. Zehri also said that Nawabzada Mir Jamal Khan Raisani is following in his father’s footsteps by playing an active role in serving the people and contributing to the defense of the country.

The former chief minister stated that Mir Siraj Khan Raisani had been at the forefront of efforts for the progress and prosperity of Balochistan before he was killed in a terrorist attack, which he attributed to anti-state elements.

Zehri said the void left by Mir Siraj Khan Raisani’s martyrdom could never truly be filled, but expressed confidence that his mission would continue through his son, Mir Jamal Khan Raisani, party workers, and his associates.

He concluded by saying that the nation would always remember the sacrifices of Shaheed Mir Siraj Khan Raisani and that his contributions would remain a lasting chapter in Pakistan’s history.
