Court Fixes Date to Frame Charges Against Alleged Drug Dealer Anmol alias Pinky

KARACHI: A judicial court in Karachi has fixed a date to frame charges against alleged drug dealer Anmol alias Pinky in multiple narcotics cases.
According to Express News, the hearing was held in the court of the Judicial Magistrate (South) regarding several drug-related cases registered against the accused at the Gizri Police Station.
Jail sources said the court has provided the accused with copies of the charge sheets and witness statements in six separate cases while she remains in prison. In compliance with the court’s orders, prison staff personally delivered the documents to the accused.
The court has now scheduled the formal framing of charges and adjourned further proceedings in the cases for two weeks.
Police stated that the cases against Anmol alias Pinky were registered in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and that she had been absconding in those cases. Following her arrest in a separate case registered at Garden Police Station, she was subsequently taken into custody in connection with the pending narcotics cases as well.
