Disabled Couple Wins Hearts Online with Inspiring Story of Love and Resilience

A couple living with physical disabilities has captured the attention of social media users with their inspiring story of love, determination, and mutual support.
Sajid and Sana, both of whom have disabilities affecting their legs, say they chose to stand by each other despite the challenges they have faced throughout their lives.
In an interview, Sajid shared that he had given up hope of finding someone who would accept him. He said his sister, who lives in Karachi, introduced him to Sana after telling both of them about each other and showing them each other’s photographs. The two later decided to get married.
Sana said Sajid was initially worried that her family would reject the proposal because of his more severe disability, but her family accepted the match without hesitation.
Originally from Sialkot, Sana said she had been working in Gujranwala and living independently before an accident changed her circumstances. She added that she did not initially tell her parents about the incident to avoid causing them distress.
According to Sana, she was born with a disability, while Sajid developed his condition after birth. She currently earns a living by providing private tuition to children at home.
Recalling his childhood, Sajid said he began falling frequently at the age of eight. Although his parents sought extensive medical treatment, his condition did not improve.
Encouraging others with disabilities, Sajid urged special persons never to lose hope, saying they should keep faith in God and remain optimistic about their future.
