Australia Crush Pakistan by 113 Runs in ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026

Leeds:** Pakistan suffered their fourth consecutive defeat in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 after being outplayed by Australia, who won the match by 113 runs.
Batting first, Australia posted a commanding total of 199 for 7 in their allotted overs. Alyssa Healy Perry top-scored with a fluent 71, while Georgia Wareham contributed 39 runs to build a strong foundation for the innings.
In response, Pakistan’s batting lineup collapsed under pressure and was bowled out for just 86 runs. Only Muneeba Ali showed some resistance with 32 runs, while Fatima Sana added 17 runs. No other batter managed to stay at the crease for long.
For Pakistan, Nashra Sandhu, Rameen Shamim, and Sadia Iqbal each claimed two wickets, but their efforts were not enough to contain the Australian batting dominance or turn the match in Pakistan’s favor.
With this defeat, Pakistan has now lost all four of its matches in the tournament and remains winless in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026. The team will play its final group-stage match against the Netherlands.
