Facebook and Instagram Services Disrupted Worldwide, Users Report Issues

Islamabad:** Social media platforms Facebook and Instagram experienced widespread service disruptions across Pakistan and several other countries, causing difficulties for millions of users.
According to users, they faced problems sending messages, uploading posts, and accessing various features on Facebook, which is owned by Meta.
Reports also indicated disruptions on Instagram, with many users encountering login issues and difficulties accessing their accounts.
A large number of social media users took to X to complain about the outages and share their experiences regarding the service interruptions.
As of now, no official statement has been issued by Meta regarding the cause of the disruption or when services are expected to be fully restored.
The outage affected users in multiple regions, highlighting the global dependence on Meta’s social media platforms for communication and content sharing.
