No Compromise on Rights of Pashtuns: Nawab Ayaz Khan Jogezai

Qilla Saifullah (Kudrat News) — A grand joining ceremony was held under the auspices of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party at Adwala Killi Alizai area of Qilla Saifullah, which was presided over by the party’s central secretary Nawab Muhammad Ayaz Khan Jogezai.

During the event, 85 individuals announced their joining of the party under the leadership of Malik Saifullah Alizai, Haji Ehsanullah Alizai, Mirdad Aka Alizai, Ghafar Aka Alizai, Tor Aka Alizai, and Ata Muhammad Jalalzai. On the occasion, a new organizational unit was also formed, and District President Haji Dara Khan Jogezai administered the oath to the newly inducted members.

Addressing the ceremony, Nawab Ayaz Khan Jogezai said that incidents such as the burning of Pashtun transport trucks and the killing of innocent Pashtun drivers have become intolerable, adding that it is the constitutional responsibility of the state to take immediate and effective action to prevent such incidents.

He said that the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party will continue its struggle against oppression, injustice, and ongoing discriminatory practices through constitutional, democratic, and organized means. He emphasized that while Pashtun-Baloch brotherhood is a historical reality, any injustice or deprivation of rights in its name against the Pashtun nation will not be accepted.

He further stated that exploitation of resources, burning of trucks, and killings of laborers and miners cannot be tolerated under any circumstances, and the party will continue to raise its voice on every forum.

Provincial Secretary for Culture Hayatullah Mirzai said that in the current situation, only a strong, organized, and aware political platform can secure the rights of oppressed people. He stressed the need for political awareness among the masses to ensure the protection of rights through constitutional and democratic means.

District President Haji Dara Khan Jogezai said that the party will continue its legal, constitutional, and public struggle against illegal land allotments and encroachments on ancestral lands. He added that no one will be allowed to occupy Pashtun lands through fake NOCs or non-transparent processes.

Tehsil President Aziz Ahmad Aziz urged educated youth to understand their responsibilities and actively participate in politics, stating that aware youth are the ones who shape the future direction of a nation.

Other speakers said that arrests, profiling, and alleged killings of innocent people highlight the need for the state to ensure constitutional rights, including education, health, and employment, for all citizens, as the true purpose of politics is public service and safeguarding their rights.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the District President administered oath to the newly joined members and officially announced the establishment of a new party unit in Adwala, Qilla Saifullah.
