Mustafa Amir Murder Case: Accused Armaghan Creates Uproar Inside Courtroom

Karachi: The main accused in the Mustafa Amir murder case, Armaghan, created a commotion inside the courtroom during a hearing, according to details shared from the proceedings.

The case was heard in an Anti-Terrorism Court in Karachi in connection with a case related to an attack on a journalist involving the main accused Armaghan.

During the hearing, Armaghan made allegations in court, claiming that his mother and lawyer were trying to declare him mentally unstable. He further alleged that they were after his money.

Armaghan also stated that he was completely fit and did not require a lawyer, expressing his desire to represent himself in court.

The court later adjourned the hearing until June 1 and summoned prosecution witnesses for the next session.

The court also directed that arguments regarding the removal of Anti-Terrorism Act sections would be presented in the upcoming hearing.
