Woman Killed Over Minor Dispute in Gujranwala, Three Arrested

Gujranwala: A woman was allegedly killed following a minor domestic dispute in the Tibba Muhammad Nagar area of Gujranwala, police said on Monday.

According to police officials, a case has been registered against five individuals, including the victim’s brother-in-law, father-in-law, and mother-in-law, on the complaint filed by the woman’s brother.

Police said three suspects have been arrested so far, while further investigations into the incident are underway.

Initial findings suggest that the incident occurred after an argument erupted in the house over a minor issue.

Officials added that the deceased woman was the mother of four children, while her husband is currently living abroad.
