UN Security Council Unanimously Adopts Pakistan-Drafted Annual Report

The United Nations Security Council has unanimously adopted its annual report drafted by Pakistan, according to Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Asim Iftikhar Ahmad.

Ambassador Asim Iftikhar stated that the report highlights the Security Council’s actions on regional crises and key thematic issues discussed during the year.

He added that the report identifies major global conflicts, peace and security challenges, and humanitarian crises facing the international community.

The report also emphasizes the importance of UN peace missions, conflict resolution efforts, and stronger international cooperation to maintain global peace and stability.
