Momina Iqbal’s Wedding Date Revealed Amid Security Concerns and Legal Case Developments

Karachi: Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal’s wedding date has officially been revealed, ending days of speculation circulating on social media.

According to reports, the confirmation came from her sister Ramsha Iqbal, who also provided updates on the ongoing legal and security situation surrounding the actress.

In recent days, Mominah Iqbal made headlines after revealing that she and her family had allegedly received death threats from a powerful political figure. Following her Instagram story about the matter, police took immediate action, and the case is currently under investigation.

Ramsha Iqbal, who is representing the case as a lawyer, stated that they have submitted all necessary evidence and that an MPA has also been summoned as part of the proceedings. She added that the response from authorities has been positive and that the family has received security support from the government due to ongoing threats, including to the actress’s in-laws.

Regarding the wedding details, Ramsha Iqbal confirmed that Mominah Iqbal will marry Muhammad Hamza Habibi, with the Nikah scheduled for 1st June. She emphasized that the marriage is a family-approved arrangement and that the groom is not a relative.

She further mentioned that the family prefers not to escalate the matter publicly, despite the challenges faced, and expressed gratitude for the media and public support. Ramsha Iqbal also confirmed that she will continue to pursue the legal case on behalf of her sister, noting her legal qualifications and experience in Pakistan.
