New Twist in Anmol alias “Pinky” Case as Sources Claim Arrest Was Made in Lahore, Not Karachi

Karachi:A new development has emerged in the case of alleged drug smuggler Anmol alias “Pinky,” with police sources claiming that the suspect was actually arrested in Lahore rather than Karachi.
Earlier, Karachi police had stated that the accused was arrested from a flat in Bilal Arcade Phase II, Garden West, Karachi, and the same address was mentioned in the FIR.
However, according to police sources, Anmol alias Pinky was allegedly traced and detained by a secret agency nearly a week ago within the jurisdiction of a police station in Lahore’s Sadar Division. Sources claimed that investigators used an advanced tracking device to determine her location.
The sources further alleged that narcotics worth millions of rupees were recovered from a rented house in Lahore, where the suspect was reportedly involved in preparing drugs herself.
Additional reports claimed that Anmol had contracted a second marriage with a former police inspector, who allegedly rented the house in Lahore’s Sadar Division in his own name for her use.
Police sources also maintained that the accused’s main narcotics supply network was operating in Karachi, although no prior case had reportedly been registered against her in Lahore.
Authorities have yet to officially confirm these claims, and investigations into the case are ongoing.
