President Zardari Directs PM Shehbaz to Provide Maximum Relief to Public Despite Regional Challenges

Islamabad (Kudrat Daily) — President Asif Ali Zardari has directed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to ensure maximum possible relief for the public despite the prevailing regional situation and economic challenges.
The meeting between the president and the prime minister was held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr, where the country’s overall situation, matters related to Afghanistan, and the changing regional environment were discussed in detail.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar, Senator Saleem Mandviwalla, and Dr. Asim Hussain.
During the meeting, tribute was paid to the martyrs of “Marka-e-Haq” and the professional capabilities of Pakistan’s armed forces, while reaffirming unwavering commitment to national defense.
President Zardari stated that despite the difficult geographical and regional conditions, tensions in the Middle East, and disruptions in global supply chains, every possible effort should be made to provide relief to the people.
He also directed the government to take effective measures to reduce inflationary pressure, ensure the availability of essential commodities, and provide maximum relief to the common citizen.
