Six Killed, One Kidnapped in Multiple Violent Incidents Across Balochistan

Balochistan (Khabar Daily) — At least six people, including a police officer, were killed, one person was abducted, and several others were injured in a series of violent incidents including armed attacks, tribal clashes, robberies, and traffic accidents across multiple districts of Balochistan.
According to reports, unidentified armed assailants opened fire on the convoy of tribal leader Sardarzada Wazir Khan Lashari near Pat Kalra in Jhal Magsi. A police official, Ingel Khan Lashari, was killed in the attack, while the tribal leader and his associate Sardarzada Khalid Khan Lashari remained unharmed. The attackers fled under the cover of darkness, and a search operation was launched with heavy police deployment and support from local tribesmen.
In another incident in Tasp area of Panjgur, armed men attempted to abduct a person and opened fire upon resistance, killing a man identified as Ayaz on the spot. The attackers abducted another individual, Ameen Jan, and escaped. Police have initiated a search operation to recover the hostage.
In Barkhan’s Rarkan Union Council, a clash between two groups of the Subhani community resulted in the death of Noor Ahmed. Tension remains high in the area, with increased police presence.
Meanwhile, in Sohbatpur, two separate firing incidents claimed the lives of Muhammad Ali Brohi, a tractor driver, and Waheed Ali, in different locations within the jurisdiction of Malik Muhammad Ali police station.
Traffic accidents and local disputes also contributed to casualties. In Dera Murad Jamali, an agriculture department employee, Himmat Ali Pandrani, succumbed to injuries sustained in a recent road accident. In another accident in Sohbatpur, two individuals were injured due to overspeeding. Additionally, two men were injured in a clash in the Notal area.
Criminal activities including robbery and theft were also reported. In Kachhi (Bhag), armed robbers looted a mechanic at gunpoint, while in Jhal Magsi, another citizen was deprived of his motorcycle, cash, and mobile phone. In Dera Murad Jamali, a motorcycle was stolen from a market area.
Police in the respective districts have registered cases and launched investigations, with raids underway to apprehend the suspects involved in these incidents.
