Air Chief Says Pakistan’s Response in “Bunyan al-Marsous” Operation Stunned Enemy

Kakul: Chief of Air Staff Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu has said that during last year’s May operation, dubbed “Bunyan al-Marsous,” the enemy was surprised by Pakistan’s strength and capability.
Addressing the passing-out parade at the Pakistan Military Academy in Kakul, the air chief said global efforts for peace by political and military leadership are commendable. He particularly appreciated the role of Pakistan’s military leadership, including Field Marshal Asim Munir, for their efforts in promoting regional and global peace.
He stated that Pakistan is a peaceful nation that believes in resolving disputes through dialogue. He added that the military strategy demonstrated during recent operations showcased the professionalism of the armed forces.
Referring to past military engagements, he said Pakistan’s armed forces not only responded effectively but also “made history” during aerial operations, claiming that the Air Force downed enemy aircraft during the confrontation.
The air chief further warned that any act of aggression against Pakistan would be met with a strong and decisive response.
Earlier, Air Chief Marshal Sidhu inspected the parade and distributed awards and shields among cadets who demonstrated outstanding performance during training.
