Immediate Relief from Petroleum Price Cuts Must Be Passed on to Public: Maulana Abdul Wasay

Quetta (Daily Qudrat Quetta): Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Balochistan leader and Senator Maulana Abdul Wasay has said that any reduction in petroleum product prices should be immediately transferred to the public, stressing that pro-people decisions are essential for economic stability without unnecessary delays.
In a statement, Maulana Abdul Wasay said that Pakistan’s current position in the global arena reflects not only its strategic importance but also its ideological foundation and status as a nuclear power. He added that in the rapidly changing geopolitical landscape, Pakistan’s role has become increasingly significant.
He said that ensuring national stability, security, and sovereignty requires unity beyond political differences, particularly in the face of internal and external challenges. According to him, national cohesion remains the key strength for addressing such issues effectively.
The JUI-F leader also praised the leadership and vision of the party chief, saying that his foresight and understanding of regional and international affairs have consistently provided timely guidance in complex situations.
Maulana Abdul Wasay emphasized that timely and public-friendly economic decisions are crucial for relieving inflationary pressure and improving the lives of ordinary citizens, urging the government to act swiftly on passing the benefits of reduced fuel prices to the masses.
