Field Marshal Asim Munir Meets Iranian Khatam-al-Anbiya Commander; Bilateral Ties Discussed

Islamabad: Field Marshal Asim Munir held an important meeting with the Commander of Iran’s Khatam-al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, Lieutenant General Abdollahi, during his visit to Iran, where both sides discussed bilateral relations and matters of mutual interest in detail.

According to official sources, Field Marshal Asim Munir is currently on an official visit to Iran, where a series of high-level meetings are underway. Earlier, he also met Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, during which the two leaders exchanged warm greetings and discussed regional developments.

The discussions focused on defence cooperation, regional security, and strengthening ties between the two countries.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, after completing his visit to Saudi Arabia, has arrived in Qatar, where he is expected to hold important meetings with senior leadership.
