Russia Urges US to Prioritize Dialogue with Disfavored Governments

Moscow: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has advised the United States to initiate dialogue with governments it disapproves of, rather than distancing itself or escalating tensions.

Lavrov stated that no country has ever refused to engage in talks with Washington, but criticized the U.S. for entering into agreements and later withdrawing from them.

He emphasized that whenever the United States finds a particular government unfavorable, it should first pursue negotiations and diplomatic engagement as a constructive approach.
