Gold Prices Surge Again in Pakistan; Per Tola Rate Jumps by Rs3,500

Islamabad: Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trend on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, reflecting a strong rally in the international market.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs3,500, reaching Rs503,462 in the local market.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs3,001 to settle at Rs431,637.
Silver prices also witnessed an increase, with per tola silver gaining Rs144 to reach Rs8,404.
A day earlier, on Tuesday, gold prices had already surged significantly by Rs4,600 per tola, closing at Rs499,962, indicating continued volatility and strong bullish momentum in the market.
In the international market, gold prices also climbed, with the per ounce rate rising by $35 to reach $4,811, including a $20 premium.
Market analysts attribute the persistent increase in local prices to the upward trend in global gold markets, which continues to influence domestic rates.
