Flight Operations Resume Sharply Across Pakistan Amid Iran–U.S. Peace Talks

Lahore: Air travel activity has seen a significant surge across Pakistan following ongoing peace talks between Iran and United States, with aviation operations returning to normal and international connectivity improving, airport sources said.

According to airport officials, flights to Gulf countries have increased notably from major airports across the country.

At Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore, 12 flights departed for Gulf destinations. In Karachi, 16 international flights operated, while Islamabad International Airport recorded 18 departures.

Similarly, 6 flights took off from Multan and 8 flights departed from Peshawar for various Gulf countries.

Officials say the increase reflects a steady recovery in air operations and improved regional stability, with further normalization expected in the coming days as diplomatic developments continue.
