MQM-Pakistan Submits Resolution in Sindh Assembly Praising Pakistan’s Diplomatic Role

Karachi: Deputy Parliamentary Leader of MQM-Pakistan in the Sindh Assembly, Taha Ahmed Khan, submitted a resolution commending Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts.
The resolution recognized Pakistan as a credible and effective global mediator, noting that while the world was on the brink of a regional conflict, Pakistan acted as a bridge for peace. It praised the country’s leadership for facilitating negotiations between the United States and Iran.
The resolution specifically lauded Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir for their leadership, acknowledging Pakistan’s role in reducing tensions between Pakistan, Iran, and the U.S., which was recognized internationally.
Taha Ahmed Khan stated that the effective strategies of Pakistan’s civilian and military leadership enhanced the country’s global prestige. He added that Pakistan’s proactive diplomacy helped prevent a major potential conflict and highlighted the responsible, peace-oriented role of Pakistan in the region, alongside the professional expertise of its defense institutions in contributing to global peace.
