Western Weather System Brings Rain Across Pakistan

A strong western weather system has entered Balochistan, bringing light rain to Quetta Valley and its surrounding areas, according to the Meteorological Department.
Officials say the system is expected to persist in the upper parts of the country until April 9. During this period, rain is likely in most areas of Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir, while snowfall is expected in mountainous regions.
The department has also forecast light to moderate rain in Karachi, Thatta, Badin, and Sujawal today, with chances of hailstorms at isolated locations.
