Saudi Ambassador Praises Pakistan’s Responsible Diplomacy Amid Middle East Tensions

Islamabad (April 1, 2026): Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki, Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan, has lauded Pakistan’s diplomatic role regarding the escalating tensions in the Middle East, appreciating the country’s responsible stance and wise diplomacy.
In a statement, Ambassador Al-Maliki expressed deep concern over the attacks on Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries, describing such aggressive actions as unjustified violations of sovereign states. He emphasized that the attacks constitute blatant breaches of international law and United Nations principles, causing significant loss of life and targeting residential areas, civilian infrastructure, and airports.
The ambassador stressed that regional stability is a shared responsibility and that wisdom, global solidarity, and respect for international law are essential to manage crises and protect the future. He reiterated that Pakistan’s measured and responsible diplomatic approach is commendable, and adherence to humanitarian principles remains the most effective path to ensuring peace and security.
