Two Female Pickpockets Arrested in Lahore’s Ichhra Bazaar During Eid Shopping Rush

Lahore — Police have arrested two women accused of pickpocketing shoppers in the busy Ichhra Bazaar during the Eid shopping rush.

According to a police spokesperson, the suspects identified as Saima and Neelam were taken into custody for stealing wallets and valuables from citizens visiting the market for Eid shopping.

Police said the two women used the **heavy crowd in the bazaar** to their advantage and would cut or remove wallets from the pockets of shoppers.

Authorities also recovered **purses and other stolen items** from their possession.

Police confirmed that a **case has been registered against both suspects**, and further investigation into the matter is underway.
