Trailer of Dhurandhar 2 Released, Featuring Intense Action Set in Lyari

Mumbai: The trailer of the Bollywood action film Dhurandhar: The Revenge has been released, showcasing high-octane action and scenes inspired by the gang war in Lyari, Karachi. The film marks the powerful return of Ranveer Singh, who appears in a major action role and will reportedly be seen playing two different characters in the sequel.

Directed and produced by Aditya Dhar, the film will be released in five languages — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. It is scheduled to hit cinemas on March 19, coinciding with the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

Fans had been eagerly waiting for the trailer following the massive success of the first installment. As promised by the director, the trailer was released at 11:01 AM. The poster and trailer suggest that audiences can expect a thrilling and action-packed cinematic experience.

The trailer, which runs for about one minute and twenty-five seconds, begins with Ajay Sanyal — played by R. Madhavan — being threatened by terrorists. As he attempts to insult the nation, Ranveer Singh appears as Hamza Ali Mazari and swiftly eliminates the attackers.

Meanwhile, after the killing of gangster Rahman Daku, Hamza Ali Mazari is shown unleashing chaos in the streets of Lyari, raising the question of who will become the new leader of the area.

According to the producers, the sequel will not be limited to espionage elements but will also explore the story of mysterious individuals with a more personal narrative, while Ranveer Singh will portray two distinct roles in the film.
