Senior Actor Jamal Shah Expresses Regret Over Divorce from Faryal Gohar

Jamal Shah, a veteran of the Pakistani showbiz industry, recently expressed his regret over his past divorce from well-known actress Faryal Gohar.

During a recent appearance on a private TV channel, Jamal Shah spoke candidly about his first marriage. Responding to a question about which ended relationship saddened him the most, he said:

*”My first marriage was with Faryal Gohar, and our pairing was very much loved by the audience. After marriage, I realized that I have traditional views, while Faryal is very independent. The differences made staying together difficult, so we eventually parted ways.”*

He described the early days of their marriage as challenging, stating that while initially it felt like the marriage was troubled, staying together was also difficult, leading them to separate.

Recently, both Jamal Shah and Faryal Gohar appeared together on a Ramadan transmission on a private TV channel. In that program, Faryal had commented that marrying Jamal Shah was *“a wrong decision”* in her life.
