Gold Prices Drop Significantly in Pakistan After Recent Surge

**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** After a sharp increase a day earlier, gold prices in Pakistan recorded a significant decline.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs 13,900, bringing it down to Rs 549,962.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs 11,917 to settle at Rs 471,503.

In the international market, gold prices also witnessed a decline. The price dropped by $139 per ounce, trading at $5,272 per ounce.

Gold rates across major cities including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, and Multan generally remain aligned with the rates issued by the association, though minor variations may occur due to local market conditions.

Consumers are advised to check the latest updates for 24-karat and 22-karat gold prices per gram, per tola, and per 10 grams before making any buying or selling decisions, as rates may fluctuate throughout the trading day.
