Facility to Pay Electricity Bills Through Post Offices Discontinued

Lahore: The facility to pay electricity bills through the Pakistan Post has been officially discontinued, authorities announced.

The decision was taken by the Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) as part of efforts to improve system efficiency and provide better convenience to consumers.

According to LESCO, consumers are advised to use alternative payment methods to ensure timely bill payments. These include QR code payments, bank branches, and other authorized digital and physical payment channels.

Officials stated that adopting modern and alternative payment methods will help consumers avoid inconvenience and ensure smooth transactions. The move is aimed at streamlining the billing system and enhancing overall service delivery.
