Governor KPK Says Protests Won’t Affect Imran Khan’s Treatment

Faisal Karim Kundi, Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has stated that protests, sit-ins, and road blockages will not hinder the medical treatment of PTI founder Imran Khan.
Speaking on Geo Pakistan, Faisal Karim Kundi said that PTI protests involve only 20 to 25 people at each location, and the overall number of protesters is negligible compared to the authorities managing them.
He described the province as being in a tense situation, noting that the KPK cabinet is focused on ensuring Imran Khan receives proper medical care. The governor also emphasized that provincial machinery is supporting the protesters, while the federal government is making arrangements for Khan’s treatment.
Responding to a question, Faisal Karim Kundi referred to statements by Ali Amin Gandapur, who reportedly said, “I was a good boy of Mohsin Naqvi,” highlighting the political undertones surrounding the situation.
