Uninterrupted Power Supply Ordered During Sehri and Iftar in Ramadan

Federal Minister for Energy Awais Leghari has directed authorities to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply during Sehri and Iftar in Islamabad throughout the holy month of Ramadan.

According to officials, the minister instructed the Power Division to avoid load-shedding during Sehri and Iftar hours, even in high-loss areas. He emphasized that load management should instead be adjusted during other times of the day.

Meanwhile, Sui Southern Gas Company has announced that gas will be supplied from 3:00am to 10:30pm during Ramadan to facilitate consumers.

Authorities said the measures are aimed at providing maximum relief to citizens during the holy month.
