7 More Suspects Arrested for Spreading Misleading Content on Social Media, Total 39 Cases Filed

Islamabad: Seven more individuals involved in spreading negative propaganda against the state and its institutions on social media have been arrested, bringing the total number of suspects to 39.
According to sources, the government has intensified legal action against those involved in online disruptions. The arrested individuals—Osama, Umar Farooq, Ghulam Akbar, Muhammad Abu Bakar, Ali Shan, Muhammad Shaukat, and Mian Muhammad Imran—are all residents of Muzaffargarh district.
Earlier, cases had been filed against 32 individuals involved in similar activities. Authorities are taking strict legal measures against all those implicated in these offenses.
