Lahore: Identities of Mother and Son Found Dead at Dumping Site Confirmed
**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** Police have identified the bodies of a **mother and her young son** found at a dumping site in **Lahore** and have registered a case to initiate legal proceedings.
According to police, unidentified suspects allegedly **killed the woman and her son** and dumped their bodies at a dumping site in the **Manawan area** before fleeing the scene a day earlier.
The woman has been identified as **24-year-old Sonia**, while her son was **one-year-old Hamza**.
As per the **First Information Report (FIR)**, Sonia was staying at her mother’s house and had gone to the market to buy groceries when the incident occurred.
Police have registered the case on the complaint of the victim’s brother, **Imran**, and investigations are currently underway.
