World Defense Exhibition 2026 Begins in Riyadh; Pakistan Showcases Fatah-2 Missile and Other Defense Equipment

ISLAMABAD (Qudrat Roznama): The World Defense Exhibition 2026 has officially begun in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with participation from 80 countries, including Pakistan.

Pakistan’s delegation features several key organizations, including Global Industrial & Defense Solutions, Heavy Industries Taxila, and Pakistan Ordnance Factory, showcasing advanced defense technologies. Among the highlights is the Fatah-2 missile, which strengthens Pakistan’s strategic defense capabilities, particularly against India, along with other missiles and military equipment.

Defense Minister Khawaja Asif is attending the exhibition at the invitation of the Saudi government, while Minister of State for Interior, Talal Chaudhry, is also participating. Speaking at the event, Talal Chaudhry emphasized that defense agreements between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have significantly strengthened and stabilized bilateral relations.

The exhibition serves as a major platform for promoting defense cooperation and technological exchange between countries in the region and globally.
