Pakistan–Saudi Arabia Defense Ties Mark Historic Milestone

**Islamabad (Qudrat Roznama)** Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have achieved another historic breakthrough in their strategic defense relations, announcing that the space launch of IDEAS 2026 will be held in Pakistan.

According to details, under bilateral defense cooperation, the IDEAS 2026 space launch is scheduled to take place in Pakistan in November 2026. The announcement reflects the growing depth of strategic and technological collaboration between the two countries.

Meanwhile, the World Defense Show 2026 will be held in Riyadh from February 8 to 12, where countries from around the world will showcase their latest military technologies and defense equipment. During this event, the space launch of IDEAS will symbolize Pakistan and Saudi Arabia’s commitment to technology transfer, joint ventures, and enhanced defense cooperation.

Officials noted that the effective role of the Defense Export Promotion Organization (DEPO) continues to strengthen Pakistan’s defense stature while increasing the global recognition of the country’s defense industry.
