Secretary Communications & Works Babar Khan Conducts Detailed Review of Red Zone Security Bunkers and Concrete Wall Project

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily):** Under the special directives of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, Secretary Communications & Works Babar Khan conducted a detailed review of the Red Zone Security Bunkers and Concrete Wall project. The site visit was attended by Chief Engineer Quetta Zone Abdul Rahim Bangalzai, Chief Engineer Federal Projects Dr. Sajjad Baloch, SP Red Zone Hanan Achakzai, along with other officials from the Communications & Works Department and law enforcement agencies.

During the visit, Chief Engineer Abdul Rahim Bangalzai provided a comprehensive briefing on the project’s progress, technical aspects, and construction phases, while discussing the challenges, security concerns, and administrative issues affecting timely completion.

Secretary Babar Khan instructed that Red Zone security arrangements be further strengthened, made more effective, and fully stabilized. He emphasized that no compromise should be made on the quality, transparency, or pace of the Security Bunkers and Concrete Wall project. He also urged enhanced coordination between law enforcement agencies and construction departments, continuous monitoring of the project, and regular updates to the Chief Minister on its progress.
