Six Killed, Three Critically Injured as Speeding Bus Hits Rickshaw in Toba Tek Singh

At least six people, including three women, were killed and three others critically injured when a speeding passenger bus collided with a rickshaw in the Rojhana area on the outskirts of Toba Tek Singh.

According to rescue sources, the accident occurred on Samundri Road when a fast-moving bus coming from Faisalabad crashed into a rickshaw. The rickshaw was badly damaged in the collision, while the bus driver fled the scene following the accident.

Rescue 1122 officials said that six people, including three women, lost their lives on the spot, while three others sustained serious injuries. The bodies and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital, where the condition of the injured is reported to be critical.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident and are searching for the absconding bus driver.
