Pakistan Whitewash Australia with Thumping Win in Third T20I

Pakistan completed a dominant whitewash against Australia by defeating them by 111 runs in the third and final T20 International. This marks Pakistan’s first 3-0 T20I series victory over Australia since 2018.

In the match played in Lahore, Australia were bowled out for just 96 runs while chasing a massive target of 208.

For Australia, Marcus Stoinis scored 23 runs and Cameron Green made 22, while Josh Philippe contributed 14 runs. Mitchell Owen scored 8, Matthew Kuhnemann 5, Matthew Short 2, captain Mitchell Marsh 1, Matt Renshaw 1, and Cooper Connolly was dismissed for a duck. Ben Dwarshuis remained not out on 7.

Pakistan’s bowling attack was led by Mohammad Nawaz, who claimed five wickets. Shaheen Shah Afridi took two wickets, while Abrar Ahmed and Naseem Shah picked up one wicket each.
