Punjab Government Directs Integration of Hospital CCTV with Safe City Authority

**Lahore:** The Punjab government has announced a major decision to link CCTV cameras in hospitals with the Safe City Authority.

According to the issued notification, cameras in hospital emergency departments and OPDs will be connected to the Safe City monitoring system. The letter instructs all relevant hospitals to provide full support and facilities to Safe City Authority teams for this integration.

Where required, the installation of new cameras can also be carried out to ensure comprehensive coverage. Officials in Lahore have been directed to implement the decision immediately.
