Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, CM Balochistan Visit Quetta, Pay Tribute to Martyred Major Anwar Kakar

Quetta: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti visited the residence of martyred Major Anwar Kakar in Kakar Town, Spini Road, Quetta, where they met the martyr’s mother, brothers, and young sons, and expressed heartfelt condolences.
During the visit, Mohsin Naqvi and Sarfraz Bugti paid glowing tribute to Major Anwar Kakar, who embraced martyrdom in a cowardly attack carried out by Indian-sponsored terrorists. They offered Fateha for the eternal peace of the martyr.
Both leaders praised the courage and resilience of the martyr’s mother. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi expressed affection for Major Kakar’s young sons, consoling them and assuring full support.
The martyr’s mother said she was proud of her son’s sacrifice for the homeland and added that her two other sons were also ready to serve the nation.
Mohsin Naqvi said that every drop of the martyrs’ blood is a guarantee of the country’s security, while Sarfraz Bugti stated that Major Anwar Kakar sacrificed his precious life for the nation and achieved the highest rank of martyrdom. He added that martyrs are the pride of the nation and their sacrifices will never be forgotten.
Prayers were offered for patience and strength for the bereaved family. Provincial ministers, the Chief Secretary Balochistan, and the Inspector General of Police were also present on the occasion.
Major Anwar Kakar was martyred some time ago in a cowardly blast carried out by Indian-sponsored terrorists in Quetta.
