Donald Trump Warns Cuba of Serious Consequences if Agreement Not Reached Soon

**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):**
U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Cuba, stating that oil and financial aid from Venezuela will no longer be provided to the island nation. He added that if Cuba does not reach an agreement with the United States promptly, the consequences could be severe.
In a statement on Truth Social, Trump said that for several years, Cuba had received substantial oil and financial assistance from Venezuela in exchange for providing “security services” for two former Venezuelan leaders. However, he claimed that during a recent U.S. operation, most of the Cuban security personnel were killed, leaving Venezuela without the need for further protection.
Trump emphasized that Venezuela is now under the protection of the world’s most powerful military—the United States—and assured that the U.S. would safeguard it against all possible threats. Addressing Cuba directly, he warned that no further oil or financial aid would be allowed and urged immediate negotiations with the United States.
The statement comes after U.S. operations in Venezuela led to the arrest of President Nicolás Maduro and his spouse, with several Cuban personnel reportedly killed. The U.S. actions have heightened geopolitical tensions in the region, drawing close scrutiny from international observers.
President Trump stressed that time is running out for Cuba and urged them to reach a compromise with the United States to avoid further damage.
