We Are Not Naive Enough to Reveal Secrets, Will Never Compromise on Pakistan: Mahmood Khan Achakzai

Lahore: Head of the Tehreek Tahaffuz Aain Pakistan, Mahmood Khan Achakzai, has said that his movement will never strike a deal at the cost of Pakistan, adding that they are “not so naive as to reveal whatever secrets they may have.”
Talking to the media in Lahore, Achakzai said that his movement has been launched to save the country and that people are continuously joining it. “I will not go into too much detail, but we have to run movements,” he remarked.
He claimed that during the February 8 elections, his party was deprived of its election symbol. He urged people to uphold the Constitution of Pakistan and show concern for the poor.
Achakzai also called on those involved in the 26th constitutional amendment to seek forgiveness from Allah.
Stressing the importance of state institutions, he said that no country can survive without armed forces and intelligence agencies. However, he warned that injustice cannot run a country, urging all stakeholders to come together for the reconstruction of a democratic Pakistan.
The Tehreek Tahaffuz Aain Pakistan chief further said that Jati Umra is like his home, adding that political leaders know each other well.
