Abhishek Bachchan Enters Real Estate Sector with Major Project in Gujarat

Gujarat: Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan has stepped into the real estate sector, expanding his professional portfolio beyond films.

The actor has signed a partnership agreement with his long-time friend and film producer Anand Pandit for a large residential and commercial real estate project in the Indian state of Gujarat.

The collaboration brings together two personalities who share a relationship built on years of personal and professional trust, now extending that bond into the field of urban development and real estate.

Anand Pandit is known to have close ties not only with Abhishek Bachchan but also with the Bachchan family. He has frequently expressed his admiration and professional respect for Amitabh Bachchan.

Previously, Pandit had worked with Abhishek Bachchan on the OTT hit film “The Big Bull.” This new real estate partnership marks a significant expansion of their association from filmmaking into business and property development.
